Building Maintenance Unit

The responsibilities of the Unit are to ensure that standards are kept and maintenance checks are undertaken at the Financial Centre and other associated buildings. This includes overseeing generator operations, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing repairs and the supervision of security services.
